Dune 2 & Cubase 7.5

Currently demoing Dune 2. Decided to hold off on Dune 1 for this and I'm really, really impressed so far. Will most definitely be buying it.

I noticed however Dune 2 does not respond to Cubase Quick Controls...

I can midi learn parameters but only with controllers that are not assigned to be used as quick controls in Cubase.

Aware of this yet? Hopefully it can be done because I use quick controls all the time. Just a convenience thing.

Is this maybe just a restriction of the demo mode?
Can't remember if I saw somewhere that host automation is not possible with the demo but can't find where
I suppose Cubase quick Controls are working like host automation rather than like just standard midi learn?
Any light on this would be cool

It is a restriction. No host automation in the demo.
