Uphold the author's themes. Earlier I wrote about a similar issue. I also wrote that she disappeared after reinstalling the program. But, nevertheless, I hurried - the problem remains.
The gist of it is that a 64-bit system in Cubase 7.5.20x64 when the multicore mode crack appears when working with a synthesizer. While in my case it is not observed in the reaper 4.71x64, is also missing in Cubase 7 Element x32.
My system: Win7x64, Intel Core i7 3770K, 16Gb DDR5 SDRAM, MB ASUS P8Z77-V, Cubase 7.5.20x64, audio interfaces Yamaha FW16E, M-Audio Delta 66, version Dune2 - 1.0.0.0.
Symptoms - when enabled multicore observed instantaneous overload ASIO, switch buffer sizes 256 - 1024 - 2048 does not solve the problem. After exit multicore significantly increases the load ASIO, but the peaks are not observed and clicks disappear.
Yes, sorry for the bad English, and I apologize for committing lexical, syntax and spelling errors in my post - it's because of automatic translation.
I would also like to add that Dune2 very great synthesizer, do not regret buying it, but I would like to get rid of this vexing problem and with great pleasure to create. Many thanks to the developers for the program and willingness to help!

Re: Dune 2 DSP overload with Multithreading enabled
Certainly a sign the World is coming to an end..................
Re: Dune 2 DSP overload with Multithreading enabled
Once again evidence that it is an issue with Cubase. This is one of the times when a certain plugin just doesn't play well with a certain DAW. Whose fault ? The Plugin or the DAW ? Maybe posting this issue at the Cubase forums might get better results. But until Rich or Marcin respond there is nothing we can do....................
Re: Dune 2 DSP overload with Multithreading enabledUnfortunately, Steinberg recently very reluctant to respond to these questions (and indeed related to their own products too). Clarify, though: ASIO pops and instability manifested only in the 64-bit version of Cubase.
Re: Dune 2 DSP overload with Multithreading enabledSomehow ceased discussion of this problem. Nevertheless, it remains unresolved. Neither Steinberg, nor Synapse Audio.
Steinberg Cubase updated to version 7.5.30. The problem with Dune2 not disappeared. I find it difficult to judge what the problem is, DAW or VSTi, I'm not an expert in the field of programming. Can be a problem in Cubase, but other synths work in it without similar problems. Can be a problem in Dune 2, but in other DAW Dune 2 also works without problems. However, the problem remains. And is essential, as without the support of multi-core Dune 2 significantly increases the consumption of resources. What makes the use of other synthesizers. Although the sound quality and its ability Dune 2 is really a great synthesizer. Huge please carefully consider the possibility of correcting this error in the nearest update.
Re: Dune 2 DSP overload with Multithreading enabled
I've seen this happen many times over the years where a certain DAW just does not play well with a certain plugin. It's hard to tell which is at fault the DAW or the plugin.
It hasn't been established the error lies with DUNE 2 so Synapse can't fix what's not broken....... DUNE 2 works perfectly in all 4 DAWS I use but then I don't use Cubase...........
Re: Dune 2 DSP overload with Multithreading enabledNo perfection in the world! Is very a pity, of course! Thank you for your participation!
