Hi,
I Reaper v4.72 when I am using two instances of DUNE 2 on the same channel, changing a parameter on one instance will change it to be the same on the second instance.

Re: DUNE 2 Multiple instances behave like oneAfter my workout I'll boot up the studio computer and try to confirm this in Reaper. I never use two instruments on the same channel so would not have noticed this before...........
Re: DUNE 2 Multiple instances behave like oneWin7x64, Bitwig Studio 1.0.13, Instrument layer with DUNE 2 x2
Adjusting CC knobs will cause both to change parameters, but that's to be expected (unless you route the channels of each knob to a separate instance of DUNE 2). Other than that, I can mouse change parameters all day, each change stays with its respective instance of DUNE 2. Seems to be a Reaper issue.
Re: DUNE 2 Multiple instances behave like oneNo it's not a Reaper issue at least here. I can assign a knob on my controller through Midi Learn and it will only control one instance. I can assign another knob to the second instance and it will control that one.........
Mousing parameter changes on one does not effect the other........... Assigning controllers using Reaper's built in Learn behaves the same way. Assign a knob to a parameter on one and it does not effect the other.
Re: DUNE 2 Multiple instances behave like oneSo, if you use a default-DUNE 2-assigned controller CC knob, it doesn't control both? I mean, I thought that was expected. I wouldn't call that a bug.
Re: DUNE 2 Multiple instances behave like oneNo it only controls the one where Midi Learn was performed......either from DUNE 2's GUI or Reaper's built in Learn.
Re: DUNE 2 Multiple instances behave like oneTo reproduce:
- Add two instances of DUNE 2 on the same track. The default patch Avalon Light RH is loaded. - Select the first instance - Use the mouse and pull down the OSC2 volume slider to zero. - Select the second instance and notice that the OSC2 volume slider on that instance is now also on zero. The problem goes away if I MIDI unlearn the slider. The problem comes back if I MIDI learn the slider.
