Another example, this time using Dune 2, Dune 1, Serum and Spire.
The sounds are basic Supersaws, playing high pitched notes to be more noticeable.
Dune 2 and Serum make that annoying click at the beginning, while Dune 1 and Spire sound fine.

Re: Dune 2.2: DC offset with oscillator stackingThanks for the heads up nko.
is this problem addressed in a future update or is it just another flaw we have to deal with?
Re: Dune 2.2: DC offset with oscillator stacking
Did you realise that this so called problem existed before you read this thread? You see similar transient d.c. offsets in hardware analogue synths.
Re: Dune 2.2: DC offset with oscillator stackingI really think this a plain bug that needs fixing. With density = 1, transient dc is correctly compensated so it just seems like an oversight that dc compensation is missing for the other voices with density > 1. With high density and PW values, the problem becomes really extreme and unacceptable.
Re: Dune 2.2: DC offset with oscillator stackingWe'll check if it can be changed without affecting existing patches/projects - sound designers occassionally abuse extreme settings
