The Legend (RE) Unwanted Oscillator Panning

Starting with a blank patch, if you enable a single oscillator and open the cutoff a little bit, and play various notes on the keyboard, the oscillator plays slightly on the left or right of the soundstage depending on the pitch. This is due to the SPREAD parameter being set to 5 on initial state and combined with polyphony being set to POLY4 this isn't the expected behavior. I suggest making the initial value of SPREAD be 0.

Sure we can do that. The idea was to have a better/wider unison sound by default, so this was aimed at the Unison mode.
