For sure, You dont have to. Registries have nothing to say about that crash.
Sorry, that was aimed at Kat. Clearing the registry would remove any rogue settings, wouldn't it?

What? I have Intel Core 2 Duo and it is not 64bit processor. Kat's processor also is not (check intel's documentation).
