Installed the demo of Dune
removed the demo component etc
still firing up in demo mode !
didnt ask me for serial number,
tested install on my macbook (not my g5 Tower) and all good ..i hadnt installed demo on that so obviously something not deleted ?
any help asap please !

Maybe you download the demo version,not the full one. The full version ask the serial number before start installation

Macintosh HD / Library/ Audio / Plug-ins / Vst Macintosh HD / Library/ Audio / Plug-ins / Components Macintosh HD / Library / Application Support / Synapse Audio / DuneSN I'll change the demo version now to use separate IDs, that should fix the issue in the future. I can't reproduce the problem on my Mac though. Whether I overwrite or delete the demo files, installing the full version always works properly here. Admin - Synapse Audio Software

do you mean the actual VST ID number? if so, any presets saved in the demo wont load in full version (i think) Windows 11 Home - 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400 2.50 GHz -32GB RAM

All working now , thanks guys , the issue was definitely : REMOVE - ' Macintosh HD / Library / Application Support / Synapse Audio / DuneSN' as soon as I did that ( and removed the vst + component ) , reinstalled 1.2 full version it immediately asked for serial on launch in Logic Pro ..all working now happy days ! This is one amazing Synth ! Thanks
Re: Dune Still running in Demo mode after purchased (Mac OSOne clarification. What kind of user account you are using? Does the user account have Admin rights? You can check that from System Preferences - Accounts.
