I often use song automation to switch effects on and off (for example a low cut on the kickdrum when a sub bass is playing to avoid them clashing in the sub bass range)
The automation works OK if you play the song from the beginning, but it doesn't work if you jump from a postion where it's ON to a position of the song where the effect is supposed to be decativated. It stays ON until the song position reaches another event where it is switched off. I do a lot of jumping around in the playlist when I'm mixing and arranging and that's a real problem for me.
See screenshot below: The lowcut on ch the channel on the left should be off at that song position.

O.K.. good to know! Seems like the problem is that the switching is event driven and there is no information about what the state of the button should be if you jump in a region in between.
