Audio clips resize

Hi,
I've imported some audio clips onto an Audio output only track and when I drag them left / right they resize seemingly at randomly. I've turned snap to grid off as these are vocal phrases and needed to be aligned more precisely.

Then if I'm playing the track back and try and resize or shift them they also resize at random.
