Toxic III styles can't find matching presetWas reviewing some styles I made for T3 awhile back and was reminded I always have to locate its corresponding preset manually making them unsharable. Not sure if this has been brought to attention or not.. been patiently awaiting new update for ages and ages.....
Re: Toxic III styles can't find matching presetI'm not entirely sure what you mean, you can save T3 patches as FXP or FXB, another way (since Orion 8.x) is to build templates. That should always work Then you can additionally customize its mixer strip, add insert effects, etc.

Re: Toxic III styles can't find matching presetTemplates are such a huge and powerful addition to Orion. I'm running late for work right now but when I get home I'll expand on that thought further........
Re: Toxic III styles can't find matching presetYou're always running late for work. I'm surprised you haven't been sacked yet
Re: Toxic III styles can't find matching preset@rich~ Im running the latest public version of orion via 8.5. Whenever i save style to preserve both melody and preset it only preserves the melody when reopening. the targeted preset doesnt open, merely the first preset of the bank. can any confirm this?
Re: Toxic III styles can't find matching presetI can confirm the behaviour that you see, however, Richard is suggesting that you use templates for storing the equivalent of styles. It's much more powerful than styles alone. For instance, if you have a favourite bank for a synth that isn't the default then you can load up the bank, save as template, and then reload from insert template and your bank will be loaded.
In your case, the sequence and patch are correctly returned when loading from template. What's more, you can have 64 patterns saved that way with total recall. You should try it!
