I finished the WaveFusion constrained randomiser last night and these are what it spat out first:

New WaveFusion presetsI'll look into ways of getting the code into the open. The prs structure is very easy to work out (I can provide details) if someone else wants to code in something proper. Otherwise it will be a bit of a wait. One possibility is Synthmaker, which I've been dabbling with, but that will have to wait until the weekend before I delve in to that.
New WaveFusion presetsExcellent Mark! Really liked the pads, and the bass/seq too. Can't wait for Ultran and Tomcat. Don't know about this program stuff you're talking here, but it makes great stuff from what I can hear.
New WaveFusion presetsThanks Steven, that means a lot coming from you! Did you check out the Wasp-V presets as well?
New WaveFusion presetsI wish I could Mark, but my big lappies in the shop. I'm using my older lappy with OP 7.11 or so for now.
New WaveFusion presetsSome of the presets sound really nice. From what I've heard wasp has more potential than wave fusion with your randomizer, but I keep on trying. There is a lot of presets!
New WaveFusion presetsI thought that too. It's more to do with the range of the synths I think, i.e. Wasp has a wider sound palette (IMO).
New WaveFusion presetsVery nice, looking forward to the Tomcat stuff! I for one would be interested in the prs structure details.
New WaveFusion presetsThe structure is fairly simple. There's a 20-byte header defining which generator the preset is for and how many parameters there are (plus other stuff e.g. whcih version the generator is).
For WASP-V this looks like: {79, 80, 82, 83, 1, 16, 0, 0, 59, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 5, 0, 0, 0} Then come the parameters in blocks of 12 bytes - the first byte per block is the value of the parameter e.g. cutoff=45 on a scale of (0-128). There are 59 parameters in WASP-V (see header). Each block can contain info about which CC# is mapped from a hardware controller. WaveFusion and Ultran have footers detailing the associated text files. PM me if you want more info. Don't want to fill up the thread with stuff that other people don't want/need.
