The Lone Star cans came after a bottle of Don de Dieu. Can't afford too many of those in a sitting - I'm not famous yet /.jacob Phreque.com - Weapons-Grade Awesome.
StudiofolioLooks nice! Behind that laptop, is this a micro korg?

Yep! Great little synth... don't think I'll ever get rid of it. Useful as a midi keyboard, great as a vocoder, and can offer up some really ballsy patches. I've gone through my share of gear and the pattern of hardware = pain in the ass emerged quickly. Keeping it Orion-only has simplified it down to this.
It's a far cry from the hideous rats nest of my old apartment /.e Last edited by epilogue on Sun Feb 15, 2009 8:50 pm, edited 1 time in total.

StudiofolioSmells like Ikea spirit... But looks nice at least.
I'm seriously thinking about renaming ol' Dungeon Studio to 'Hunters Kitchen' - this dumps fucked! But - I know and/or have a good idea of where everything is!
StudiofolioI like your setup I have a laptop off to the side, too. Have you heard of Synergy?
http://synergy2.sourceforge.net/ You can use your Kb and mouse from your main box on your laptop and just move to the left in your case to the screen of your lappy. I have mine going from that triple setup you saw on another post to a Vista laptop and a Mac as if it was 1 desktop but seperate computers. I recommend it! btw- Lonestar is a real mans beer! Its better than Bud Ice Last edited by dickdawkins on Sun Feb 15, 2009 10:49 pm, edited 1 time in total.

StudiofolioSnazzy! I'll definitely look into Synergy. The laptop is usually in the other room - I keep chats and such to that machine and let this one just be the workhorse (since it does it so damn well).
Lone Star's certainly one of two Cheapies of Choice. The other (preferred one) is Shiner. Course, if I had my way, I'd just keep Lindemann's Framboise or Peche on-hand. Still, having a mini fridge in the closet-slash "Game Chamber" is mighty nice. Last edited by epilogue on Sun Feb 15, 2009 11:03 pm, edited 1 time in total.

StudiofolioI like my room
I have two huge windows in front of me and can watch the sky. A nice tree is also there which is fantastic green in summer. At night, I can see the full moon (when it's full) and clouds cover it's bright light. Once, I saw a kid's face in the moon for minutes. Wow! That was a special moment. Will post some pics later when back home. Last edited by DaZoid on Mon Feb 16, 2009 3:47 pm, edited 1 time in total.
