Tim ConrardyThat's really sad news. I 'knew' him only through his presets. He was obviously a truly creative and giving person and will be sorely missed by the music world.
Tim Conrardytim's one of the good ones. he's made a big impact on music. so sad. how temporary we all are.
Tim ConrardyThat really came as a shock
Tim ConrardyWhen I saw the title on KVR for a second I thought it was a KVR bad joke. He'd not long ago sorted something out for me regarding Alchemy, a true gentleman always helpful.
Tim ConrardyYes, he helped me a lot with Alchemy and the probs i had, also made some banks for me for Karnage VSTi.
You'd be lucky to find a synth that doesnt have TC in a preset name. Windows 11 Home - 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400 2.50 GHz -32GB RAM

Tim ConrardyYou might want to rephrase that.

Tim ConrardyMy God I'm in shock. I had the honor and privilege of working with Tim on several projects. We shared a love of old Atari computers and the DX7. Damn life sucks. I'm going to tweak some synths in his memory.
Tim ConrardyFuck me, that is a shock. Does anyone know how old he was or anything? He was definitely one of the good guys.

Tim ConrardyThanks Krim for the heads up. I feel just totally winded right now.
Thank God his work doesn't go with him, or 99% of my music wouldn't be here either. A fantastic soul that I took for granted, and will now forever cherish.

he looked around 50-ish to me, but ive only seen a few pix...someone (at KvR) mentioned he was ill, but didnt go into details. Windows 11 Home - 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400 2.50 GHz -32GB RAM

Tim Conrardyi am also very shocked, Tim is the first designer to make me buy instantly a synth (was M42) by simply playing through his presets.
i even recall myself playing the M42 during the night and looking to the stars by the window at the cordillera above Santiago de Chile without being able to stop listening to the always evolving sound. what a beautiful memory ! which other synth can do that ? none Tim, you will always be present each time i will play your sounds Yamaha CS-30, Roland SH-1, Roland MKS70, Focusrite Scarlett 18i6, Yamaha FS1R, Oberheim Matrix 1000, Novation Remote 37SL, Korg Legacy, Alesis M1Active 520, Novation Launchpad Pro, Push2, Intel i7-7700HQ

I spoke with him personally last year about some old presets I had lost. And boom, he was right back at me with them. Though our exchange was brief - he seemed in good spirits and busy as usual. But somewhere down the road as we yakked about music and stuff, I was surprised he was only a couple years older than me. This was awhile back, but still don't think he would've been 50 by now? Either way - Too young too soon.
