Host Wars...Meffy has almost single-handedly made KVR a horrible forum to participate in. I couldn't believe when Ben made him a mod. He was the first and only person I ever muted, as he was one of those guys who had to make comments on every thread but never actually contributed to the discussion. You know, comments like "oh, this old thing again, we all know how this always turns out". He is a fuckwit of the ocean-going class. [i.e. a really big fuckwit.]

Host Wars...why does noone complains about him and tells Ben? If the deputy is running mad, the sherrif has to put him back on track. :nope:

Host Wars...TBH, I don't think Ben really cares that much any more. Maybe if traffic started to drop dramatically, but as long as people are happy to visit it regularly, things won;t change. That thread is the firs time in about a month I have even looked at the place and I'm not going back. Life's too short when you could be driving your Alfa Romeo instead.

Host Wars...The doors are huge! It's my big, fat head that barely fits. If I was an inch taller, I couldn't sit in it without my head bashing into the glass roof.

Host Wars...I like the Alfa Romeo logo: the right hand side has a giant snake eating a little red dude...

Host Wars...No sunroof, it's a full length/width glass jobbie. An Alfa with a sunroof is just asking for trouble.

Host Wars...a few months ago wrote me a german artist. he was interested to make a remix from one of my tracks, he wrote me ->
''can you send me the loops/waves'' i wrote back -> what loops? i dont have any. he -> ''you must have waveloops'', i -> no, i work with orion. he -> orion, i think orion is for beginners. you need fruity loops, its better. i wrote a few ''friendly'' words back.... after that he was not any longer interested to make a remix *lol*
Host Wars...If by "better" he means "like cookie cutters & Play-Doh", then sure!

Host Wars...ah an obvious mistake, a stern German reply, more appropriate!
Host Wars...friendly was a little bit ''ironical''. i wrote him that i think that fruity for beginners is and that i never ever will use earnestly a program with ready/premade loops from a loop-cd or dvd. :p
Host Wars...draft_730 has ti snow. i think the latency is not a fl or orion issue so much but a steinberg thing. can anyone second my comment?? you will never have a no latency using a ti snow because the information travells via the usb and i think that's the problem. especially when using a midi keyboard so i prefer to just write in the notes with a draw tool. i have tried to use a midi cable and plug it into a soundcard but that was pointless, it did nothing. i would love to see no latency with my snow, just have to wait. oh and always use your ti as the soundcard or you will get a 'sync' issue(well i did anyway)
Always learning, always forgetting.
