Nice, baroquerion. Sounds much like the name would imply :)

Thanks for your kind comment epiloque!
The name of the song game to me almost immediately with the music. Maybe it's that whistle sound (I love that Wasp preset) which presents the flying eagle and at the same time it reminds me of The Eagle which made history.

Very nice synths, chords, and feeling.
it reminds me old electronics projects by JmJarre...
I would have prefered maybe some electronic percussions, more experimentals, synthetised...
The voice at the end cannot be heard enough to me (delay the start a bit maybe...)

Some nice dynamics and emotion in this piece, although honestly that tremolo patch always reminds me of spaghetti westerns so it makes me picture Clint Eastwood riding a horse through space. :o

Baro, I have a file called "bocj.sfs" from Orion Center ages ago... was this from you? The song info says "This is not music, it is a trip."

Well, that's not far from my original vision :hihi:
I can't help it, I just love that whistle sound of Wasp, it's so pure and original, and very flexible in a musical meaning.
And I've always been a great fan of Leone's spaghetti westerns. Ennio Morricone is one of my favorite film composers of all time.

Sorry epilogue, it's not mine ... I think :biglol:.
Very interesting characterisation of the song anyway :)

Apparently the whistler was Ennio's childhood friend, Alessandro Alessandroni, who also played the (at the time) new-fangled Fender electric guitar and provided his vocal troupe, the Cantori Moderni.
