any thoughts....?
preview vids
Part 1
Part 2
seems to be lots of speculation about it elsewhere (even though most of it was based on just the word RECORD, before anyone had even seen these videos)

RECORD from Propellerheadsjust had to jump through the video but I have no clue why this is helpful? Except for people who have no record infrastructure at all.
Ok, real time timestretch sounds interesting but... 'offline' is ok for me.
RECORD from PropellerheadsAnd a dongle ugghhh... Orion can do more that Record, except timestretch (until 8.0 I think)

Still No VST support? That would be a good place to start.
RECORD from Propellerheadsi think its purely aimed at Reason users to be fair, not profession musicians or even peopl who are used to 'normal' sequencers/hosts.
the fact that you can load Reason FX (not sure if you can use the synths?) shows how its integrated. I cant see anyone who is serious about making music using it. Windows 11 Home - 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400 2.50 GHz -32GB RAM

RECORD from PropellerheadsAnother closed application from Propellerheads. Nothing new and nothing special, but just, from Propellerheads. Just competition.
RECORD from Propellerheadsi don't see the interrest of such product...
Orion 8, Live 8Le, Cubase 4 LE, Cantana, APC40, UC16, Fostex PM1MKII, Q9550, 4G0, 1,5T, 22"+15"

RECORD from Propellerheadsi haven't looked much into it.. but it's multitrack recording with a full-featured mixing board and a host of effects? how could you not see the interest in that? sure, it's not groundbreaking, but it looks worthwhile.
