126 bpm house track Une pure merveille de technique ton Trendy beta2 ! Bravo , j'adore ! Avec un reel potentiel ! Un petit truc du style " Jazzy / Charleston / Scat "
Awesome track ! Pure marvel of technic ! Something in it reminds me of " Jazzy / Charleston / Scat " music !
126 bpm house trackwill listen to it tonight on my speakers. Just have to use the earphones right now. But sounds good already.
Nice track. Could work in a club but I would change a few things... What is this xylophone sound made with. Sounds good. Am just looking for something like that. Electro, did you get my email? Last edited by DaZoid on Fri May 15, 2009 7:15 am, edited 1 time in total.

126 bpm house track Surely but experience is there too ... You could want to do Eqing but if you don't know how to proceed , it doesn't help you ! And this is the part of the composition I like the least !
126 bpm house trackOK, to get this sound I proceed like that :
a lot of eq on the bass and kick. With technical eq, to remove several resonating frequencies on the swing bassline arround 80- 400 Hz. All chennel have been low cut btww 100 - 300 hz, depending of the track, the slope is generally 18 -24 dB/octave I tried to adjust each track by equing just a bit with the internal mixer. One gated chord have been much more equalized, in order to get one particuliar sound. Then on the master, after the compressions, I've added some matching eq. It made all the difference. Also it worked pretty well, because before the mix was first a bit cleaned. Not that much because I'm just an amateur... If the mix is dirsty, matching eq on mastering won't work... Well, that's right. One should reach a state during the years where your ears are trained or justified in a way that you can differenciate between a clear and a muddy/cloudy sound. Last edited by DaZoid on Fri May 15, 2009 9:24 am, edited 1 time in total.

126 bpm house track-the drums are pretty fresh sounding
-the basses fill in pretty well to and give a good vibe. +1 for bass and drums i guess your the pretty much the drum guy -at 1:04 this sin drum(FM drum?) comes, this one has a different reverb, that gives in a spatial feeling of a small room. doesnt feel right. this is accompanied by another melody at 1:51 which also dosent sound too go. maybe reduce the gain. the melodies are pretty generic. i listened to the club mix, but didnt feel clubbed out, its was more like a couple of drinks at Jamaica or something, chilled out.

In deed, I come from techno/hardcore, much more drums than melody... nice that you like these basses.
In deed thre is only a very small room on this FM (8) bell. (nice skill to recognize FM ) I should add maybe a large hall to fill the gap on this small break. concerning the melowy, ok, I'm not a keyboardist, and everything was made with the mouse... sure these melowdy are generic, but to me (and non house lister friends, it sounds OK, will wait for more advise there.) The gain of these leads is probably too loud as you said, might kill ears in a club...
Hum, I'm not making dancefloor killer songs rght, but what is wrong then with this mix ? intro is there to be able to mix in, an the outro also... what to I need else... thx for your comments Orion 8, Live 8Le, Cubase 4 LE, Cantana, APC40, UC16, Fostex PM1MKII, Q9550, 4G0, 1,5T, 22"+15"
