New Track "I believe"Like it a lot! Smoking with the ladies, huh? Phatfarmsong is really good too, but damn that 909 hat!

New Track "I believe"Hey Arnosons,
The track would benefit from drums with a bit more 'funkyness' and more variation. That would fit nicer with the funky bassline A bit more reverb on that Chicago Piano would be nice too. Other than that , nice dance track Cheers Last edited by ydm on Sun Jun 21, 2009 10:22 pm, edited 1 time in total.
New Track "I believe"also some of the things you can think to do are
-try to add a bassline to give a constant movement to the sound at 1:09. this should be there thru out the mix or in the peak regions. -in those peak regions as ydm said drop in some drum variations -kick needs work. i think a kick with more low end and soft hi-end would be more suited.
New Track "I believe"I believe is very good! just listening on my PC speakers but will give it a try tonight @ home. But it really makes me move. Very good groove...
I would not change much on I Believe. Nice one... But have to listen on my regular monitory again. Super chilly track... Last edited by DaZoid on Mon Jun 22, 2009 12:12 pm, edited 1 time in total.
New Track "I believe"I think in a club environment, these songs would kick it out nicely. And judging by Arnosons history, he knows the clubs pretty good.
After hearing my stuff in clubs, I take a serious tip from this guy. Studio Monitors vs. Big Woofers and hardcore DJ mixers - two different fields. DJ's aren't going to engineer too much, the music has to engineer the DJ.
New Track "I believe"I'm not fussy I don't mine any negative or possitive things said about my music. Every little detail works for me, I geuse this how good producers are made. So guys dont be affraid, hit me hard I won't hate for this. And thanks who enjoyed it.

Definately needs a different bassline to drive the song a long, to much dead space. Could be good though?
New Track "I believe"I love this. Pleaaaase more advice.

New Track "I believe"But I'm thinking with the open space and all - this could be great room to mix and mash in? I agree it's somewhat 'minimalist' in places. But I like imagining what Arnoson or other DJ's could do with these tracks during a night at the club? I guess some of the sounds could be fleshed out a bit, but I kinda like that 'Safety Dance' simplicity of it as well...
There you go Arnoson - mash in the old Men Without Hats 'Safety Dance' with it 'I believe' that might work! Last edited by Dungeon Studio on Mon Jun 22, 2009 8:21 pm, edited 1 time in total.
