I've been listening to that this week as well.

And Boards of Canada (Geogaddi).

Still listening to Genepool mostly, although I've also filled out my Manic Street Preachers collection a bit, so that's been getting a bit of play (first 3 albums).

I used to love Young Gods back in the day but I listened to L'eau Rouge a few months back and it seemed much less impressive than I remember. They were great live, though.

Infra-Rot finally managed to get my copy of the new Die Krupps album, The Machinists of Joy, to me and it has been worth the wait. It is really, really good. Here's a taste - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H4foIeugYl8

Sounds good, we still have some early Sisters of Mercy EPs (Alice, Temple of Love, Reptile House...), plus the first 8 Cure LPs and 7 x 80s Killing Joke LPs in a cupboard somewhere, with a couple of Depeche Mode as well.

All converted to CD and MP3 these days of course.

A new Fabrice Lig LP is always cause for celebration:

(this is a playlist containing the entire album)

There's no music on Earth that makes me smile as much as Lig's does. Positive, powerful techno funk. Out on vinyl now, CD and download in a couple weeks.

The last CD I listened to some days ago was Robert Leiner (The Source Experience) - Different Journeys. I bought it some years back and it was hard to find then. An outstanding and very flowing / organic techno album, possibly my favourite after CJ Bollands first two.

And I'm really loving Gary Numan's "The Fury" album.
