I can not find the search box for themes

Hello, I can not find the search box for themes. Why this is so hidden. The list of most asked questions has been explained that it is available on every page via "Advance Search", but I do not find it. How is a topic looking for here? please help

Make sure you are logged in. Then enter any thread or click on a sub forum (e.g. "Plugin Support"), then type the search query in the box on the top left. It is located right next to the "New Topic" or "Post Reply" button.

Are we in "purgatory" after registering, such that we can't even search? Please advise. This is frustrating. I'm looking for some help and reading thousands of random posts by clicking through pages is neither practical nor helpful.
