How do I gain access to Synapse's regulated data?

Good day, I know this sounds like a really basic question. As this is my first time doing this, I was wondering if thereredactle is a clear guide on how to gain access/permission to a specific, regulated data set on Synapse. Thank you very much!

Did you mean Azure Synapse workspace? If so, it's Microsoft's service, not related to us. :)
