Glitch-pattern controlled from Orion-pattern

Colleagues,

maybe I am too stupid but I can't figure out how to set the current pattern of glitch from within an Orion-pattern (that I can arrange in the playlist). I guess it has to work in a way similar to this:

I inserted a MIDI-out module, set glitch to receive midi from it. Then I did "link to next midi controller" with the pattern parameter of glitch and moved the "1" knob of MIDI-out - nothing happens.... Or is there another way to do this?
