Repair SFS damaged ?

First I apologize for not posting much here, but my English is low.
Well, the problem is that I regained some songs saved on a hard drive partition that I had to format. Now I can not open them I get the following message ...
"File format is no SFS or file header is corrupt !".
Quisiera recuperarlas y si hay algún modo de hacerlo os agradecería.

check to see if there is a usable backup file..

Not sure if my Orion SFS Inspector is still available somewhere (plus it might not handle the latest files fully). Unfortunately it doesn't allow to fix SFS, but atleast it shows if the structure is still valid and/or what is the problem. I have been able to salvage partial SFS with some manual labour (mixer settings were lost, but rest I could fix), but it requires a bit knowledge of the file format.

Hello: I understand what you tell me that you could fix my sfs in part, but you should know some programming and I do not know.
