Dear Synapse Audio
I am really disappointed to hear that you are not working on a new version of Orion (My Favoriet DAW) past 8.6. Although I do understand your reasoning. For those like myself who have always used and enjoyed Orion, I think it would be fair to enable Orion's operation in slave rewire mode in other DAW's so that we can continue to work in our favorite work flow while Synapse continues to provide terrific synths and hopefully one day picks Orion back up. Synapse could even charge money for this feature as I am sure all Orion users would like it. Doing this would have the added benefit of allowing Synapse audio to maintain it's Orion Userbase indefinitely rather than making many of us branch out and try and get comfortable with other DAW workflows. It seems like a win/win.
Also, I live in Miami FL and I think Orion never caught on here because very few people know about it. But as more people get in to computer music production, and the other DAW's get more complicated and difficult, the market for Orion will grow.
All the Best,
Jonathan Axel

Re: Orion rewire slave modeGuess people at Synapse don't really care that people who paid good money for Orion are getting screwed because can't even use it anymore as a slave to other DAW. Reason and other DAW's offer this function and they are continuing upgrades. Not cool.
Re: Orion rewire slave modeHow are you getting 'screwed' ? You knew the rewire situation when you bought it. If you didnt, you should have checked. Orion is no longer in development. Move on.
