Separate layer outputs

Postby ghuinink » Sun Sep 17, 2023 5:52 am

Being able to further process and mix the 8 layers on different channels in your DAW, would make a huge difference.
And it would bypass the need for an onboard mixer.

Cheers,

Or even how Parawave Rapid does it would be cool, where you can route the layers to any open layers. I often create a delay and reverb send within Rapid itself, and send everything through a final "Sub Mix" using layer 8.

We'll add a simple layer mixer in the coming update. Having separate outputs is not hard to do, but it requires separate builds for all versions to be stable and work across all DAWs. This is many versions we would need to add, e.g. just on the Mac that is 6 new plugins (VST/AU/AAX, Intel and M1 each).

The simple layer mixer will be a welcome addition. Look forward to it.
