But if it's PC you're on, wouldn't just grabbing the top portion of toolbar and dragging it down to the bottom of your screen make OP bigger?
I'm not up on Control Settings, but maybe there's some way you can make the tool bar not appear there? Another thing I'm surprised MS or anyone hasn't done is a 'transparent toolbar'. My train guys did this for MSTS for the displays. Gives you a full screen view of the cab and controls, and you can position Switch or HUD or timetable anywhere you like in the cab.
Maybe search around Google for 'Toolbar hacks' or something? I know if you click and drag your tool bar around, it's positionable. I've made the mistake of double or triple clicking on it, and it goes to the left or top of the screen - and is a complet bugger to get it back to it's original position. So I'm sure there must be some thing or some one out there with gizmo's and FAQ's for you.

Full screensomewhere in Liquids brain a volcano has now erupted....
Full screenyes, i could make my own OS even... that's a botch man! (no offense) I don't consider that Orion deserve botches, so a full screen is a good feature.

I'm sorry but this is the most ridiculous thing I have heard in years. The Windows title bar is 20 pixels high and you can make it any colours you like. If you really hate it so much and you are using WinXP, try downloading the Zune theme and you get really elegant, super-thin window borders and a much nicer look overall. A full-screen mode makes good sense for graphics programmes, because you have to look at the thing you are working on but the equivalent for a music application would be a "loud" mode, so you can hear better. All the little elements contained within the Windoze environment serve a function, so hiding them offers no benefit. Seriously, this is probably the stupidest feature request of all time, you should receive a prize for it. And Reaper, Live, Podium... a lot, it's very cool for your creativity. Warm regards
Full screenI'm a bit lost.. how does putting your DAW in fullscreen do anything for your creativity?
Full screen
I don't see it. I just checked a v8 demo. Is it in v9? FL has its own window system, but it isn't full screen. What's the shortcut?

Many of them have their own window system, but not full screen, like in web browsers. Please take a screenshot of Orion, and cut off (in a graphic/photo editor, Paint, Gimp,...) what you don't wanna see. This is all about hiding the Windows Title Bar? You can make it small, then the full screen would give you only ca. 15 pixels more space. I'm not against the idea, but I'd like to see, how a screenshot of Orion would look in your desired full screen mode.
Full screenSo am I interested how Orion could look in full screen mode if it is not now. We are waiting for a screen
Full screenI've made an example:

Full screeni disagree with your no full screen picture because you can without coding hide the bottom bar
so it's a matter of hiding a plain rectangular area of 15 pixel ! how can it be disturbing ? i understand that the notification icons (bottom right of the screen) can be disturbing but the OS allows you to hide the bottom bar automatically Yamaha CS-30, Roland SH-1, Roland MKS70, Focusrite Scarlett 18i6, Yamaha FS1R, Oberheim Matrix 1000, Novation Remote 37SL, Korg Legacy, Alesis M1Active 520, Novation Launchpad Pro, Push2, Intel i7-7700HQ

Don't disagree with it, it's just a general reference screenshot, a view without any workspace-maximizing effort. Most of the users use such settings. I'd just like to see how they compare; general view vs full screen view.
Full screenthanks Lance, that was I wanted mean. Without disturbing windows taskbar showing when I have the cursor at the bottom of screen, without ugly windows gui titlebar. Those elements needs a vertical space and they can un-focus you from the main app.
bye
