Let me explain my wish.
I use Orion with two screens. To make the most out of them, I extend Orion to both screens and open the Playlist there. BUT when I open the piano roll, it also extends to both monitors and then the playlist (or whatever I have dragged to the second monitor) is hidden under the piano roll.
It would be great to have the windows independently (similar to how Reason works now: I know comparing hosts is not the best but i say it just as an example: actually I don't use reason at all, but I like that feature) so that the Playlist, or the Mixer, or whatever I choose, stay open and visible in the second monitor at all times.
If I do anything wrong and that is already possible, please show me the way though!

Re: detach windows to make a better use of a second monitorIm guessing here...
If the synth is in monitor one, when you open PR does it go full screen across both montors? Is that what you mean ? Maybe resizing it once might keep it that way when you re open PR? Not ideal but might work.... Windows 11 Home - 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400 2.50 GHz -32GB RAM

Re: detach windows to make a better use of a second monitorYes, when I open a synth's PR it extends to both monitors. I'll try what you said.

What Kriminal said, only works in the current session, next time you open your song all piano roll windows size are lost. "Pleeease, bring back ORION!"
Re: detach windows to make a better use of a second monitorYeah i dint think it was a perfect solution, if it worked at all.
