Dune 2 Serial not found on Maschine 2.7

hi,
using maschine 2.7, upon start, when the maschine scans the plugin, it reaches the synapse dune 2 plugin and then a message is shown "serial number not found".
when i dismiss this message and maschine loads, i insert dune 2.5 into a group in maschine and it seems to be working fine.
the message is both annoying and slowing down the load process.
can you tell what is the issue and how can i overcome it?

It works OK here. It should only go through everything the first time you start it. After that it should start in a few seconds.

what is your os version ?

for some reason i didn't get notified...
anyways, my os is high sierra - 10.13.6
the weirdest thing is that even though maschine complains, when it loads and i'm using the plugin, it loads and works ok

don't know what's going on here...

Ah, there's your problem, then - you're on a Mac. They just don't work as well as Proper Computers (PCs), I'm afraid.
