Dune1 is already good enough to me, though I get annoyed when Sound randomly changes when playing along with sequencer. I mean Press Play first time and Press Play second time sometimes give different sounds, as if one osc phase has moved or something, i dun know. It's a little mystery of dune.
...sorry off the topic.

Re: Will the new Antidote plugin also be a VST to use in Ori
Hmmmm I like DUNE's sound much better than the example in the video at 3:00 but of course it's all a matter of personal taste. I guess you'll just have to wait for DUNE 2 then or ReWire Antidote into the software you want to use a VSTi version.......
Re: Will the new Antidote plugin also be a VST to use in Ori
That's never happened here and I don't remember seeing any similar reports from other users. Maybe you could start a new thread and go into more detail........perhaps it's an obscure bug that slipped through.......
Re: Will the new Antidote plugin also be a VST to use in Ori
The oscillators can be fixed or free running. The default is free run, because this is how analog synths work. Fixing the oscillator phases is done via the Mod Matrix in Dune, you can then also specify at exactly which phase they start (e.g. in a Sawtooth wave, the exact starting point of the 'ramp', from 0..100). When you do that, you'll have a predictable/static sound each time you press a key. Admin - Synapse Audio Software

Re: Will the new Antidote plugin also be a VST to use in OriEven when free running I don't notice that big of a difference in sound between one time I press Play and the next......maybe he's got platinum ears........
If you press Play then Stop then Play again do the Osc's reset in between ?
Re: Will the new Antidote plugin also be a VST to use in OriI Should have read the manual throughly in advance, never paid attention to Osc1,2,3 phase in the matrix !
Re: Will the new Antidote plugin also be a VST to use in Ori
Please forgive my ignorance when it comes to rewiring, but let's say I would like to do that, what would be needed? Antidote full version for sure and I've got Ableton Live here as the rewiring target. But apart from that, would a full version of Reason be necessary or is there something like a LE (hopefully not taking too much money) that would suffice in this case? Anything else needed...? Thanks a lot in advance!
Re: Will the new Antidote plugin also be a VST to use in OriI thought you already owned Reason and Antidote ? Reason Essential is $129 and supports Rack Extensions and ReWire but really after you pay for Antidote and Reason I think you'd be far better off waiting for DUNE 2 but that's just me.
Re: Will the new Antidote plugin also be a VST to use in Ori
Yes, you're right here for sure. I just wanted to be aware of every possible path. Unfortuntely, I don't own neither Reason nor Antidote. I was just fascinated by Antidote's sound from what I heard in demos and reviews.
