Make sure to download and install the full version from our service area (ie, not the demo download page):

The common reason for this problem is that you're running the demo version. By clicking on the Dune logo, you can check that - if it reads "Demo" then you're running the demo version, which does not recall patches.

I have exactly the same issue. I tested Dune in the demo version, liked it and that´s why I purchased the offical Synapse Dune directly on their website. I cannot save any patches, so although I even manually save the patches in Dune, I cant load them after reopening my Logic9 session. I clicked on the Logo and it does not say, that it is the demo version. Official "Dune v1.42, Engine v1.42, 64-bit" If I reopen Logic Dune stays mute with no name in the patch, if I manually load the saved patch, nothing changes. Normally Dune should save the patch automatically with logic, isn´t it ? Please help, cause otherwise all my work is a waste of time and so is the money I spent on Dune in that case. Thanks in advance !

1 ) Close Logic if opened 2 ) go to the /Library/Audio/Plugins/Components folder 3 ) remove Dune.component 4 ) go to the /Library/Audio/Plugins/VST folder 5 ) remove Dune.vst 6 ) open Logic and let it rescan plugins 7 ) close Logic 8 ) install Dune once again from latest installer - please make sure that you install Dune to your root drive * drive where your OS is installed - please make sure that you provide the proper and valid serial number * this should be done via the Registration Tool which should be launched right after the installation 9 ) open Logic and check if plugin works properly If there are any problems still, please contact with our support: http://www.synapse-audio.com/contactus.html (service@...).
Re: Dune will not save presets/sounds. Using Logic 9I have the same problem with ableton 9 32 bit, i've already made these modifications, re-install... and same thing happen...
