I have the same problems
My account states I have no serial numbers registered.
Of course I use my UserAccount as admin.
Also, my serial is registered @ my Synapse account.
How can I solve the problem.
Please help. Best Max

I followed the first reply which says: " In the Service Area please find the "DUNE 2 Registration Tool" in the "Downloads" section." I can't find that download. In the downloads section there is only the Mac and Windows installers. Can't find this reg tool anywhere. Doesn't come up in the registration section either. Installed the DMG etc.. but it's not having any. Cubase chucks it into the blacklist and rescanning always throws up the "serial number not found" error. The solution doesn't seem to be in the replies here - is it only via PM? I'm on Cubase 9 - Mac OS 10.11.6

I have the same exact issue. Serial not found even after running the registration tool (Mac Sierra). Cubase blacklists the plugin on scan. I need to run Dune can you please assist with this? Thanks!
Re: Dune 2 serial not found in admin?Ok so I was on a deadline today (had to bounce some stems for an old client's project) and managed to find a solution.
On Mac Sierra: I went to HD>Library>Application Support>Synapse Audio. In this folder, I found a registration tool similar to the one you can download from your download area. Then I used my serial and voila! It worked like a charm! Hope this helps some affected users. I am glad it did in my case
Re: Dune 2 serial not found in admin?We have updated the Mac installer for DUNE 2.5. Now the access rights for the registration data should be fixed automatically by the installer, if necessary.

Re: Dune 2 serial not found in admin?I have the same problem. In all of my DAWs (FLStudio, Reason, LMMS), whenever the plugin is tried to be loaded i get the "serial not found" error message. On my other PC (both Windows 10 btw) it works without problems. Can't find the registration tool you guys talking about but i registered the plug in, at least thats what it says in my Synapse Account Area. Tried to reinstall it, which doesn't help. I'm using Windows 10 64 bit.
