Some free wavetables and an example patch for download here:

More patches to come when I can get them organised.
The name addtractive refers to the fact that the wavetables contain all the harmonics of a sawtooth wave, but have been randomly assigned to different slots except for the first 8 harmonics, which are found in table cycles 1-to-8 respectively. In the case of filenames MH Add 01-04 the amplitudes of each harmonic are as they would be for a sawtooth wave. Thus ,setting the number of voices to 8, WT position to 1 (in the GUI), init phase = 0, and set this line in the mod matrix Voice# +14 Osc1 WT position will give you a band limited sawtooth. Nothing interesting there of course, but there is plenty of mileage in having fewer voices with different cycles to get a mixture of additive and subtractive synthesis.
Those filenames with PhC have all had their phases equalised, but still have the correct amplitudes. This gives some subtle differences to the first set. Finally, those that have Res in the name have had amplitudes normalised for each wavetable slot. Be careful with these as they are much louder than the others.
Hope you like them
Cheers,
Mark

Re: DUNE2 MH Addtractive wavetables - free downloadThanks a lot Mark,
All your Wt are brillant and so usefull, everytime, you bring something new and fresh on the table! thanks again for your "hard brain work"
Re: DUNE2 MH Addtractive wavetables - free downloadThanks for the kind words
I think these particular tables are good for lots of things including attack transients, natural sounds and pads. I should have mentioned that the average frequency content is generally from low to high as you scan through the table, so you should be able to get some unusual filter sweeps as well
Re: DUNE2 MH Addtractive wavetables - free downloadI mentioned in another thread that I was working on another approach to wavetables. Well here it is. It's basically a sample compression algorithm that I've been developing. Here, I've taken a sample of a harpsichord recording I did several years ago and created a wavetable with the most salient features in. Actually there are two wavetables, one has some envelope information, whilst the other has this information removed. I've also included a patch. Here they are:

Re: DUNE2 MH Addtractive wavetables - free downloadi'm going to try your famous compression Wt!
with your voice# technique, you have give me a great idea : take a Wt with a lot of harmonik, the same Wt for all The 8 voices, in the mod matrix, put the voice# 14 osc1WTposition, phase reset, voice# 7 or what you want,( you can modulate it) on the Filter cutoff and put a filter (Lp or BP) with a good amount of drive, a lot of resonance and make some modulation on the cutoff and the mod matrix amount for the cutoff, whoa, a new filter, kind of phaser, formant, comb depend on your Wt and your filter cut off https://app.box.com/s/u0gw8r9z6lxjyjoqvqicr0zcj25vbzsa
Re: DUNE2 MH Addtractive wavetables - free downloadNice wavetables there kokotte. I would consider apodizing the ACZ2A one though just to reduce the effects of the discontinuites. You can do this in DUNE actually using e.g., a triangle wave in osc2 with the same pitch and phase as your wavetable in osc1. Increase the RingMod mixer output and set osc1 and 2 levels to zero.
Re: DUNE2 MH Addtractive wavetables - free downloadthanks Mark,
the Rm with a tri work so well for the ACZ2A, great tips your harpsichord is really good, if you replace your Wt with another Wt made by you:): MH WT021, with some little work, it can sound like a sitar! i quickly made 2 presets with 2Wt sharing your harpsichord configuration, i just load different wt, you can find it here: MH dubstep, Mh key:) https://app.box.com/s/qkzzhtjzgouhkij0e6uxo433gbee6flw i hope you enjoy it.
Re: DUNE2 MH Addtractive wavetables - free downloadAwesome with a big A
i don't say it because i am your friend but the sound gives me goose bumps it reminds me of the ppg but warmer (like a real one ) https://soundcloud.com/ccarrieres/sets/ ... -wavetable Yamaha CS-30, Roland SH-1, Roland MKS70, Focusrite Scarlett 18i6, Yamaha FS1R, Oberheim Matrix 1000, Novation Remote 37SL, Korg Legacy, Alesis M1Active 520, Novation Launchpad Pro, Push2, Intel i7-7700HQ
Re: DUNE2 MH Addtractive wavetables - free downloadVery nice sounds Christophe
Really happy you like the wavetables
Re: DUNE2 MH Addtractive wavetables - free download
Nice work Good call with swapping WT021 in for a sitar-like sound
