Free synth of Richard

Some months ago, I found a free virtual synth and I remember that it had been built by Richard. If I'm not mistaken it was the predecessor of the Wasp. I had found free on the internet and was in stand-alone mode. The problem is that I can not remember exactly what it is called more and I can not find it on the internet.
