modified preset -error?I suppose this could be a problem. If I just change the wavetable on a preset, the preset name doesn't indicate that it has been modified with a '*' character.
Re: modified preset -error?Dune 2.20, ***FULL***
Re: modified preset -error?The preset name was seemingly the max length, so maybe that is why it didn't show.
Re: modified preset -error?Seems like it doesn't have to be a long name, I have a preset I messed with and it didn't say it had been modified.
Re: modified preset -error?Can you give an example please?
Re: modified preset -error?I think I've got it. If you go to a layer and press the copy button and then go to another layer and paste button then the star doesn't appear.
Re: modified preset -error?Confirmed here. If you simply copy one voice to another D2 may not see that as a change in the patch since the information might already be there. But more troublesome is the fact that once you copy/paste a voice no change after that on any voice will cause the * to appear.
I'll work on this some more when I get home this afternoon then post it in the beta forums if someone doesn't beat me to it first............
Re: modified preset -error?Here's the sequence to reproduce.
Select a patch Change the Semi of Voice 1....the * appears Reselect that same patch Copy/paste voice 1 into 2 * does not appear. Change Semi of Voice 1 again and the * still does not appear. No parameter change after copy/paste will cause the * to appear. Definitely a bug. Mark do you want to post this to the beta forums ? I'm running a bit short on time this morning.........
