Re: 'Free-running' phaseHere's something close to what I had. I've set the same LFO to control everything, but dial in a bit of LFO2 if you want to add in a bit of randomness.

Re: 'Free-running' phase
Ummmmm you can leave me out of it. He stated his opinion I stated mine. I didn't call anyone a stupid troll.
Re: 'Free-running' phase
Should be going in to beta testing phase very shortly
Re: 'Free-running' phase
Thanks! But a bit of a problem becomes when you add more voices to oscillator and then start to detune. With reseting phase it just doesnt sound nice anymore. is there a workaround for this?
Re: 'Free-running' phaseDo you mean voices in the actual oscillator or global voices. I guess the former.
Re: 'Free-running' phase
In the actual oscillator
Re: 'Free-running' phase
So is there a "fix" for this ?
Re: 'Free-running' phase"Fix" for what ? I'm not hearing any problem.............
Re: 'Free-running' phase
"fix" was in quotes because there is nothing wrong. But if you would read everything what is written maybe you would understand
Re: 'Free-running' phase
You notice in my response "fix" is in quotations too so maybe you should take your own advice and read everything. I saw where you said it "doesn't sound nice". Well I think it sounds great and sounds just as expected so there is indeed nothing to "fix". Maybe you can understand that.
Re: 'Free-running' phase
The topic maker asked if there is ability to make similar phase behaviour as in some of other synths...Mark did a patch wich mimics that, but with unison and detune it looses the "required" sound. I just dont know what to tell you more ... you are way too arogant to understand probably.
Re: 'Free-running' phase
There's nothing to understand. Emulating something that is inferior is pointless. Try to understand that.......... I own those other synths and DUNE 2 Unison Phase not only performs as expected but sounds better. I don't know what else to tell you. Like I said there is nothing to "fix". You should be on the other developer's sites asking them to emulate DUNE 2's sound not the other way around.
Re: 'Free-running' phaseOk I'm using Mark's MH Yorrrrr Phase patch from above and I just don't hear any problem. Adding voices and detune sounds just fine and in fact sounds significantly better than Sylenth 1 which is washed out and weak. Don't get me wrong I love Sylenth and the combination of DUNE 2 and Sylenth 1 is awesome but in my opinion D2's Unison Phase Reset sounds significantly better than Sylenth's or any of the other synths I own. Hence I stand by my statement......there's nothing to "fix".........
Re: 'Free-running' phaseit resets, thats the problem
