What's the EULA and licensing for Dune 2?

Is licensing just a serial and can I install and run Dune 2 on a PC and Mac at the same time? They are both my music setups in different parts of the house.

Grant of license
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, nontransferable and limited license to install and use the Software for the purposes set forth herein. Unless you have purchased additional licenses, you may only install and use a single copy of the Software on a computer, and/or move the software to another computer, provided that you are the only individual using the software. If you are an entity, you may appoint one individual within your organization to have the right to use the Software under the terms of this License Agreement.
