Dune 2.502 Error loading EDM Bank 1& 2 After Purchasing them

After i bought the EDM bank 1 & 2 i get an Error loading EDM Bank 1& 2 After Purchasing them it says contact support

I put the folders in the right place & they appear in the bank list but when i try to load any sounds i get the message contact support i think they are not authorized or activated

I am on MAC OS X 10.11.6 & Ableton 9.6.2
