The Legend VST free with reason rack extension?

Hello,

I have read about The Legend, and I am considering purchasing it. I have Reason, which I rewire into logic pro. In order to get The Legend, I can either buy the reason rack extension or I can buy the VST and use that directly in my DAW. Will paying the $99 make me eligible to get both? If so, how would I get the VST after purchasing the rack extension. It would be ideal to not have to pick between one or the other.
