Can't load presets with dune 2

Hello i've just bought a dune 2 preset pack but when i load the this preset pack, every instrument in here is mute and buttons are disordely. I tried my best to fix this problem even by trying with other presets packs but the problem still the same... If someone know how to fix that plz help me. btw excuse my bad english.

What is you OS? Please make sure you are providing the proper serial number during installation (i.e. digit "0" instead letter "O" etc.).

If you are on mac OS, be sure you are using version 2.502.
