Modulation Matrix on the Legend?

I was trying to put decay on the Noise to have it only play on the initial key and also i was trying to get a vibrato but theres no LFO or Envelopes like on Dune 2 i was wondering if there were plans to add a modulation matrix? Great sounding synth but lacks control

Given that Model D doesn't have one, and Legend is supposed to be a faithful recreation, I'm kind of inclined to say no on those plans. But, you never know.

OSC 3 can act as an LFO for Vibrato.

A Mod Matrix would be nice but then so would more Polyphony, more Osc's, more etc etc etc. Hard to tell where to stop.
