Dune 2.5 Soundbanks

Have purchased Dune 2.5,with Premier Trance & Cinematic Soundbanks, have deleted demo version Dune 2 ,these sound banks are not loading
or don't appear in Soundbanks ,

Does it mean the soundbanks are not visible in the "SOUNDBANK" popup menu (DUNE 2's monitor) or these cannot be loaded with some error message or? What is your OS?

A new Sounbank and Dune ist open, the soundbank is not show. Close and open and the soundbank ist there.
