I could not find an email to Synapse and got redirected to this forum instead to look for a member of the Synapse team.

I've been a user of the Orion. I am buying a new PC and I wanted to buy your latest, or as a matter of fact, any version working on Windows 7. Can you please guide me? How and where can I buy the Orion software?

you can not buy Orion anymore, just use the last version you bought

But I can't, because my Orion is from 2004 or earlier... it's too old for modern PC. Is there maybe a "legacy" site, where all Orion versions can be bought or downloaded for free?
