password reset - not working on your site

Hello

I hope you can help me here, as I have sent 3 emails to support with no reply all day,

I purchased 4 items from you guys today, but I cant login to activate them, I asked for a password reset through the website. but nothing in my emails or spam folder??

any help would be appreciated....

Please check your spam folder, we have been sending you several emails already, and even from different email accounts.

If there is nothing, then your email account just doesn't work at all for us, sorry. This would explain why you are not getting emails from the password reset system either (it does work fine btw).

Note you may PM me here if you wish. If you have an alternative email we can send emails to, that would be good too. Yet another way would be to contact us via Facebook.
