Dual Chorus and Deep ReverbDC-2 and DR-1 plugs are missing in an old project. I think I remember these were free as a gift for Orion 8.6. Where do I find them?
Re: Dual Chorus and Deep Reverbthey are in my 32bit Orion, but not my 64bit version

Re: Dual Chorus and Deep ReverbThat explains it. Cheers!
Re: Dual Chorus and Deep ReverbActually, it doesn't. Are you sure that isn't backwards? That they are in 64 bit but not 32 bit?
Re: Dual Chorus and Deep ReverbProject File won't open in 32 bit or 64 bit. Can anyone share the .dll's really quick?
Re: Dual Chorus and Deep Reverbthey load in 32 bit fine here
cant see them listed in 64bit Windows 11 Home - 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400 2.50 GHz -32GB RAM

Re: Dual Chorus and Deep ReverbI'm guessing they're x32 plugins.
Shame there are no x64 equivalents. SoundCloud ::: Facebook
Re: Dual Chorus and Deep ReverbYes it's a real shame there aren't 64 bit Reverb and Chorus plugins available. Too bad there aren't some great free Reverbs for example.
https://www.kvraudio.com/product/sanford-reverb-by-sanford-sound-design https://www.kvraudio.com/product/orilriver-by-denis-tihanov If the argument is that those old plugins are needed for old Orion projects you've just pointed out why it's not a good idea to stick with abandoned software. Perfect example, the plugins load just fine here in the 64 Bit DAWs I use because they have a Bit Bridge. EDIT: I started a new thread in the Pub. Probably better to discuss it there. You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
Re: Dual Chorus and Deep Reverb
Sarcasm? I can't tell. You never seem to smile. By "equivalent", I meant as those same plugins only in x64 form, not from the other developers. And thanks for the effort too look up those
I wouldn't know. I'm using a 32-bit version, so I don't have any problems with missing plugins or old projects not working. Didn't even know DC and DR aren't x64 compatible until now.

Re: Dual Chorus and Deep ReverbThe point I'm trying to drive home is if you're clinging on to abandoned and outdated technology these types of problems will occur. If someone is going to use plugins that have no 64 bit version and a DAW that doesn't have a bit bridge well then you can see the results.
There is just no need to use abandoned plugins as there are so many great alternatives these days many of which are free. But having said that I wouldn't mind seeing these plugins updated to modern specs, given a new GUI, then sold as a bundle. Synapse doesn't have any VST effects in their catalog. Seems a shame to waste the code. Look at Rich's quote in The Pub. At one point it looked like 64 bit versions were planned. So who knows what the future holds. Anyway I'm sorry you got so triggered by reality you felt the need to post an insulting meme.
Re: Dual Chorus and Deep Reverbhe said the 64bit was done, just needed new graphics as they couldnt use the PH stock ones. Dunno why they never finished them.
cant say i ever used them to be honest i still use UltraVerb(?) from an old version of Orion, i like it, it works Windows 11 Home - 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400 2.50 GHz -32GB RAM
