Same here with legend.
it installed the vst and au but aax is not present in the avid plugins folder.
OS is Mojave
Pro Tools version 2020.5

The demo versions of The Legend and DUNE 3 do not contain AAX versions yet, only the full versions do. The Obsession demo version does contain an AAX version.

Note we plan to add the AAX demo versions to TL/D3 with the next updates.
