At first glance it looks like a missed authorization for DUNE 3. During the installation process a dialog should pop up (Authorization Tool), where you enter your serial number and register DUNE 3. Now on the Mac, in rare cases this app is hidden behind other windows, or perhaps some users accidentally close it. If that happens, the authorization tool should be launched manually from the following location: /Library/Application Support/Synapse Audio/RegisterDUNE3.app. We have replied also to your e-mail as well btw.
