The Legend Demo - MIDI Learn

Hi Guys,
I was hoping some one might be able to help me.

I've picked up a new Midi Keyboard/Controller with numerous sliders, knobs and pads. I'm evaluating The Legend as a VST and I want to remap some of the controls to my specific keyboard. Trying MIDI learn just doesn't seem to work, the only control that I seem to be able to map to any item in the VST is the modulation wheel. None of the faders / knobs will change and they keep their original settings. This is true of MIDI forget too - they just don't forget their mappings.

Is this feature blocked in the demo version or is it a CUBASE issue? I can't see that it's a problem with the keyboard as the controls do work I just can't remap them.
