Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I'm hopeful someone can provide assistance with this issue. Initially, when I began using Dune 3, I modified several patches and saved them under my own titles. Clicking on 'load a preset' easily displayed them. However, in the past week, clicking 'load preset' shows nothing at all. I'm confident it must be some setting that I may have unintentionally changed. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I'm using a PC with Dune integrated into Cubase, running on Windows 10, and it's a fully activated version of Dune 3.

Are you loading from the gui centre screen or preset browser on back gui?

Have you updated DUNE recently?

Can you find the presets you saved? Are they in the correct location?
