My recent attempts at emailing have resulted in them being regarded as spam. I'm also unable to send a PM to any of the forum moderators so if someone could contact me directly it would be much appreciated.

I'm using Gmail and I've been able to contact support in the past so I'm not sure what's going on.

Re: Can't get in touch with supportGoogle and Yahoo have recently gone live with what is known as DMARC changes where emails sent to GMail and Yahoo addresses have a higher chance of being flagged as spam unless DNS DMARC on the sender's domain / DNS configurations is aligned with Google's and Yahoo's latest expectations.
This might be a factor at play if you are experiencing communications from Synapse Audio arriving into your Google or Yahoo spam folders. In any case to prevent this you may consider adding the Synapse Audio e-mail address to your trusted senders or flag emails from Synapse Audio as not spam which should tell the Google or Yahoo service you may be using to trust those emails.
