Let me try to help you (I know it is exhausting to ask for support and only get sarcasm and cumbersome workarounds).

So, which mouse do you have exactly:

3. http://www.fallingpixel.com/products/26 ... use_01.jpg
4. None of these.

The good news: If you have 2. or 3. you can configure it to use it as a two button mouse.

@knechtodawas, hey you are fully right, so far I didn't think to go to system preferences, mouse options, and here actually I can configure the right area of the mouse as a right button click ! Works perfectly, I wasn't aware of this...
